Meet Jessica – Founder & CEO

Hey, I’m Jessica, but my friends call me JP. I’m the founder here at M30!

I’ve been making my way up the marketing ladder for over five years, and it’s seriously the most fun job in the world!

I have experience marketing for enterprise clients, but my true passion is helping startups and small businesses to give them a leg up against the bigger competition utilizing email marketing; that’s my bread and butter.

I’m our Klaviyo-certified email and SMS marketing specialist who loves to utilize marketing automation platforms to bring our clients more revenue with less work. I work hard to identify areas that can be automated within email and SMS marketing strategies to significantly increase conversions and enhance overall engagement. My goal at M30 is to make my clients’ dreams come true by delivering innovative and tailored solutions that meet their unique needs and exceed their expectations.

With a house (and heart) full of 2 dogs and 5 cats, my bucket list dream is to open an animal rescue where we send out a yearly Christmas card with us all (humans and animals included) in matching jammies. The sweet souls that deserve to be cared for are awaiting a loving home. Don’t forget to spay and neuter! Let’s work together to make your business dreams come true.

Meet Tamara – Co-Owner & CMO

Hi, my name is Tamara and I am the Co-Owner and CMO here at M30 Marketing!

I have been in the marketing space for nearly a decade now and I couldn’t picture myself doing anything else.

My true passion lies in social media marketing and I love helping brands and individuals grow their online presence.

Here at M30, I am all things marketing! My role is to help you grow and expand your business through modern and effective marketing practices, but also, to take that work off your plate so you can focus on other aspects of your biz! My goal is to help you take your business to the next level, whether you’re just starting out or you’ve been at it for decades.

When I am not at work, you can probably find me hiking on a local trail. I am also a mom to an amazing little one and I am a huge advocate for equality for moms in the workspace.

Meet Cat – Operations Manager & Copywriter

Hey! My name is Cat and I’m a Copywriter as well as Operations Management at M30.

I’ve worked in many different fields during my career, which means I know a little bit about a lot of things. Some of my titles have included: Program Manager, Lending Coordinator, Bartender, Campground Host, Customer Service Manager, and more.

For clients, I’m here to make sure your blog posts shine! After getting to know you and your goals, I leverage my knowledge with research skills to create robust and interesting blog articles for our clients. My goal is to successfully collaborate with our clients to create exciting content that they love and that drives their customers to action.

I am a digital nomad and I love it! My husband, puppy, and I travel the United States in an RV. Between meetings and writing sessions, I’m usually outside exploring a new region. My favorite places so far are Yellowstone National Park, Denali National Park, and the Coast of Maine. I look forward to connecting with each and every one of you!

Meet Jasper – Administrative Manager

Hello there! I’m Jasper, and I’m the Administrative Manager at M30.

With over a decade of customer relations experience, I’ve helped a lot of people on their journey to success. I hold a particular love for small businesses and start-ups, having previously worked with a company as they expanded their horizons and went through their first acquisition.

Here at M30, I’ll be the bridge between your team and the wonderful specialists we have on our side. I want to make sure that you and your team feel heard throughout our partnership. Your business is your baby! It’s important to me that your input and ideas are shared with the rest of the M30 crew and that you feel good about what you’re getting from our collaboration.

When I’m not working with clients, I love playing video games and spending time on my special interests. I cannot wait to meet with you and help you throughout your journey with M30!

Meet Sultan – PPC & Google Ads Specialist

Hi, I am Sultan and I am the Google Ads Specialist here at M30.

I have been doing Google and YouTube Ads for the last 5 years and I am passionate about scaling businesses via paid mediums.

I am your one man army when it comes to Google and YouTube ads – you don’t have to worry at all in terms of campaign creation, management, and everything in between. My goal is to help you scale your business and ensure all your KPIs are met.

When I am not busy working away, I love going swimming. I look forward to helping you with all your PPC/paid marketing needs.

Meet Katie – Logo Designer & Branding Expert

Hii! I’m Katie and I am a brand and graphic designer here at M30!

I’ve been doing something creative since before I could walk, and after being introduced to Adobe and graphic design in high school I’ve been in love ever since. I love using bold colors and typography in my designs to help brands grow to their fullest potential.

Think of me as your branding bestie. I work with clients to help design their branding so they can have a strong, cohesive visual presence and put their best foot forward at all times. My main goal is to make sure every client receives the best brand identity possible. Every pixel tells a story and every design speaks volumes, I want to make sure that every M30 client’s story is told.

When I’m not behind a screen, I love reading (usually a fantasy series) or checking out a local restaurant or brewery with my husband. I can’t wait to work with you and make some design magic.

Meet Allyson – Graphic Design

Hello! I am Allyson, and I am a graphic designer at M30. With a strong background in print design, I am energized by every creative challenge that comes my way. Solving challenges through design fuels my enthusiasm every day, and I love helping clients bring their unique visions to life!

I’m here to transform your ideas into captivating visuals. I focus on creating materials that not only shine aesthetically but also clearly communicate your brand’s message and resonate with your audience. My goal is to be a listening ear for any ideas you have and to bring my personal experience to your project, creating the perfect harmony in your creatives!

I adore cooking and gardening – looking for something homemade? I have a recipe! I look forward to converting your concepts into creatives!

Meet Hazel – Senior Website Developer

Hey, I’m Hazel and I’m the Senior Web Developer for M30.

I’ve been programming for as long as I can remember, developing the love for experimenting with technology as a kid. Now as an adult with nearly 2 decades of experience, I’m well versed in multiple programming languages and technologies that we can utilize to best serve your needs.

I’m here to help your vision come to life. If you’ve got an idea for your website, I’m the person you can count on to get it done. My goal is to create websites that make sense and can be easily updated as your company changes and grows. Subpar development can be a roadblock for your team, and I want to make sure that no matter where business takes you, the face you show your customers is the best it can be.

When I’m not coding at work, I’m doing it for fun. I love customization and experimenting to create fun things that look nice. I’m also down for a good whiskey and video games. I look forward to working with you to create the site of your dreams.

Meet Heidi – Marketing Specialist

Hi, I’m Heidi – the Social Strategist here at M30. Happy to help with your PPC Ads and Social Media strategies.

I’ve been in digital marketing for over eight years now. I started with corporate marketing, then worked for agencies across North America on projects for big-name brands. In 2020 I gave it all up to go freelance. Since then, I have joined the M30 team and have been loving my position with the company.

I’m here to help you get the most out of your social media. I work with you and the team here at M30 to help you make sense of the data, strategize informed decisions, and grow your numbers. From there, I amplify those insights with targeted ads — driving sales, generating leads, and testing creative strategies.

When I am not at work, you can find me somewhere around the globe. I love to travel, experience new cultures, and have fun with friends and family.

Meet Aileen – Administrative Assistant

Hi, I’m Aileen, and I’m the Administrative Assistant at M30.

My first career was actually as a civil engineer. I worked in that profession for over 7 years, but shifted into full-time remote work in 2021. If it weren’t for the pandemic and global lockdown, I wouldn’t have come across this whole new career.

In my role with M30, I manage client feedback and questions on projects to make sure we respond quickly and efficiently. My goal is to handle the admin tasks and any ad-hoc work so the rest of our team can focus more on the client-facing tasks. I am proud to support the incredible work that our company does for its clients.

When I’m off work, I love baking cookies and banana loaf. I also spend most of my time playing with my son and hanging out with my family.

I’m excited to grow with M30 and look forward to working with you on your next marketing project.

Meet Muffin

Muffin makes sure everyone is being treated well and taken care of properly, from our clients to our staff. Once a medical-alert dog in her earlier years for her owner Jessica, she knows just what to keep an eye (and nose) on to ensure everyone’s health stays in tip top shape and the team avoids burnout.

Meet Jasper

Jasper is a Goldendoodle rescue from Wisconsin. He’s the first dog our Operations Manager, Cat, has raised from a puppy, and she couldn’t be happier. He’s the goodest boy who loves splashing in the water and sneaky steak bites, not to mention keeping our barketing department up to date with all of the happenings.
