Refund & Return Policy

This is the official refund & return policy for digital products sold through M30 Marketing. All sales are final and will not be refunded. However, we’re committed to making sure you have a smooth experience and will do our best to help if something goes wrong.

Our digital products are grouped into eight collections:

Each product listing includes:

  • An outline of what’s inside
  • A clear preview of the first page
  • A sneak peek collage of internal pages

This gives you transparency into what you’re buying and why it’s important.

REFUND & RETURN POLICY EXCEPTIONS

All sales are final and will not be refunded. However, we will review refund or replacement requests in these cases:

  • You accidentally purchased the same product twice
  • You selected the wrong product
  • You experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing the file

To request support, email us at support@m30.marketing within 7 days of purchase. Include your order number and a short description of the issue.

FILE NOT OPENING?

Most files are delivered as PDFs and should open with standard software. If you’re having trouble, follow the steps below.

For Mac users:

  • Try Preview or Adobe Acrobat Reader (free download)

For Windows users:

  • Right-click > “Open with” > select your PDF viewer
  • Drag and drop the file into a browser window (Chrome, Firefox, Edge)

Still having trouble? We’re happy to resend the file, provide an alternate download link, or email the file directly. Just reach out to support@m30.marketing.
